Onward

What morose affirmation
what Godly thought's attain
that I am in contrition
mostly from Thy remain.

The past consoles, conditions
tomorrows still acclaim
and can I bind perdition
simply because I aim.

Oh Love, beside some wholeness
I reach as if mundane
concern could stifle dullness
of man's pursuit for gain.

I know by looking inward
I see thee, not profane
and closeness has no effort
in jeopardizing's strain.

That ease of truth's instilling
is etched in my domain
the self with inhibition
converse to know thy claim.

My God lead me to strict shun
of else of its proclaim
as only faith's religion
holds hope by its restrain.,

And I am going onward
to love thee as God's reign
does love creation's heeding
I heed thee, train by train.
