Only Suffer When You Are My Lover
I can not help but poison this paper with my poetic pen, for I am unable to write this poetry without breaking your heart and hurting you again!
I believe our relationship will end and we may never ever again be friends.
I hope this is not true but that really depends upon you, for it will be your decision and for you to choose.
Although I may have penetrated the trust we once shared - and severed our love with these actions that make you believe that I do not care! But understand I am in a state of despair for our love may tragically die, but I hope, wish and long that we may survive? But if deaths the only answer I will understand why.
But look into my eyes and see my tears and see me cry, I hope you realise I am eternally sorry for my betrayal and malevolent lies.
I hope you understand that I do not seek your pity but my actions hurt me deep……because now I have lost one so pretty.
I see you disbelieve even when you witness me weep, if I could seek and turn back the hands of time, believe me when I say I would, believe me when I wish I could, for I regret all the traumas I have made you suffer, but you will always be my soul mate, my best friend and only lover.
