Love Poem: On the Other Side Part 2

On the Other Side Part 2

Will You:

Hang on tight and not let go
While we visit where the wind doesn't blow

Close your eyes in perfect fright
To see the faeiries dancing in the night

Hold me after all is said and done
Even after the rabbit's on the run

Carry me away and let me stand
On sacred ground ever so grand

Be here to feel the calm soothing breeze
That yonder calls through the talllest of trees

Stay long enough to let it sink deep within
And mingle among the contents of this lonely den

Keep me company all along the way
Wipe my eyes and tears of dismay

Walking with me hand in hand
Taking off in flight to the Promised Land

Look at me when I open my eyes
With no motive, pretense, or wearing a disguise

Be there when we finally float down
And once again feel our feet on the ground

Remain with me long after the intense ride
And still loving me on the other side
