Old Memories

Old photograph's, Are all that remain,
And the song of love, But only the refrain.
Many things are forgotten, Yet some are here with me.
Like all of the letters you sent, That still rips my heart just to see.
Roses speak of loving you, Through their dried out lips.
I can still feel it, Fresh on my finger tips.
Dolphins caught in glass, Goes straight to my heart,
Everytime I need to talk, You must part.
So with these old photo's in hand, I sit in the cool summer night,
Thinking of what went wrong, And I could've made it right.
