Love Poem: oh yes i think

oh yes i think

I think I shall - oh yes, I shall
put you to words in books, et al
and share my scoundrel’s rationale
with those of impish-like morale
but pray you beg me love -
your coquette kiss, thereof …

(oh yes, I think I shall)

I think I will - oh yes, I will
make sure, of you, I’ve had my fill
as midnight moonlight finds you still
amongst the percale cotton twill
with damp, unrighteous eyes -
you’ll spark my dark demise …

(oh yes, I think I will)

I think I must - oh yes, I must
beg pardons of your twisted trust
for such croc tears make armor rust
and turn my dastard dream to dust
dear lust, cast to the wind -
for far less, I have sinned …

(oh yes, I think I must)

I think I should - oh yes, I should
be sure your guile is gone for good
for when you smile, I turn to wood
your Wolf, to my Red Ridinghood
you turn me sweet, from sour -
the better to devour …

(oh yes, I think I should)

I think I need - oh yes, I need
to sow, thru surreptitious seed
the tendrils of my blackguard’s weed
made veins to let your dearest bleed
that myth that slowly drips -
like honey, from your lips …

(oh yes, I think I need)

I think I’m done - oh yes, I’m done
my weakness - bullets for your gun
those virtues deemed to set my sun
soft innocence, quite next-to-none
to deep affect it’s change -
a transmutation, strange …

my heart … at point-blank range

(oh yes, I think I’m done).
