Now That You Are Gone

Now that you are gone

I can dream...
that you're still here with me,
but, at some point I need to wake...

Can the sun...
be convinced that it should rise,
prepared to battle my darkened days,
Now that you are gone

Chorus
Now I'm alone...
living without your love
only memories of what was
and they're just not enough
So I live...
stumbling through this maze
my minds in eternal haze
in a sentimental fog
now, that you are gone

Now, the play is done....
the curtain has fallen on us
the actors have all left the stage...

I just cannot accept...
that, the scenery has all changed
my love cannot be re-arranged
Now, that you are gone

Chorus
Now I'm alone...
living without your love
only memories of what was
and they're just not enough
So I live...
stumbling through this maze
my minds in eternal haze
in a sentimental fog
now that you are gone

I can dream...
that you're still here with me,
but, at some point...
I ...
need ...
to ...
wake...

Chorus
Now I'm alone...
living without your love
only memories of what was
and they're just not enough
So I live...
stumbling through this maze
my minds in eternal haze
in a sentimental fog
now that you are gone
