That i'm not sure where to start

Staying right through to the end
There were so many times
When I reached the end of my rope
Being comforted with your love and care
Gave me back just enough hope
You saw in me my true potential
and made it a point to help me see
You motivated me to take action
To become the best that I could be
Sharing together so many things
Which I will never forget
Everything happens for a reason
That is why we met
Right now my heart is aching
because in body you are gone
Even though I miss you
Nicole you still live on
I know we had our hardships
In the end we always worked them out
Our relationship has taught me
What real friendship is about
With one last thing I will now write
