New Beginnings
No matter how fractured, we don’t give up on dreams,
Encouraged by the resiliency of hope,
We brush off misfortune and start over.
Before you dismiss the power of hope as a lie,
Examine its source.
God poured His unconditional love
Into human hearts, and that gave Man both a soul and hope.
Now humanity possesses the tools
Necessary to obtain eternal life.
It never helps to dwell on the past,
Nothing we can do or say is in any way
Going to change a single moment of yesterday,
So, set your sights on tomorrow; and new beginnings.
