My Witness
“10 “You are My witnesses,” says the LORD,“And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me.” “ Isa 43:10 NKJV
It is a privilege to be chosen
To witness for the Lord above.
To be His hands and feet on earth;
Represent Him in love.
It s the power of the Holy Spirit,
That makes each witness effective.
God’s love draw others to us;
Makes us to others more attractive.
To be an effective witness,
We need a personal relationship with our Lord.
This connection will be acknowledged,
And our difference others will applaud.
The stronger our faith develops,
The more powerful our witness will be.
But nothing’s impossible for the Holy Spirit—
He’s our guide and capably.
Our connectedness to Jesus,
In our lives will be demonstrated.
We are walking, talking examples
Through which heaven is orchestrated.
It is the work of the Father
And by His power is accomplished.
We are to be His witnesses;
More effective when self is banished.
How we treat others here
Is a powerful witness indeed.
Actions are more powerful than words;
Actions are witnessing seeds.
May our witnessing be filled with compassion,
And a strong desire to assist,
Where help is greatly needed,
‘cause sincere love is hard to resist.
