My Wish

It took years to get my wish..
To cross paths of fire to find some bliss..
And now I just breathe to taste your kiss..
To wake in the night and see you by my side..
Just to know when the sun rises our hearts still ride..
Where I can say what"s on my mind and never hide..
Steps we both took put us in each others place..
Just when we thought time has passed with no trace..
Our eyes met and the stars shined with grace..
