My Wife - the Desert

Went for a ride with my wife into the desert.
Going for stationhouse rides can be fun, lots of pictures.
The wife is an artist in her own right picks sometime come first, painting next.
Watching her passion taking her pictures, I realize she’s the best.

This was quite a sight, the panoramic view and my loving wife.
As she cooed and chirped, excited at what she had shot, I knew she was the love of my life.
How to imply? What I’m trying to say? Both artistically shined.
Knowing her best knowing that loving smile. I love this wife of mine.

Passionate yes’ anything she does she is passionate.
From her love for “us” to the love of others she has a heart that truly is great.
She cares about this desert world, its people, there hunger, to the deserts majesty.
So when she saw the trash dumped along the road and trail she saw the travesty.

Telling me; “Look babe look what people do to God’s earth, they come a short way and dump trash.”
“Animals critters they don’t throw garbage on the ground’ humans waste and hurt the earth, they are brutal and harsh.”
I saw the pictures she took, clumps of tires human trash bags, filled with waste, and a crushed desert flower.
Noticing the other great pictures she took, my inner voice said.” say something this is the hour.”

The deserts yes only dirt, but so much more a solitude, a place where even Jesus and Moses travelled through.
Calmness spirituality like the ancient ones, the mystics who live here and only the old one really know.
This is what the Holy Spirit reminded of me, we are made in God’s image it’s really our Lord’s world.
Animals, birds, they have better sense they are truly blessed, they are innocents, in some way they also know that God’s plan is about to unfurl.

Our desert the Mojave is such a Spiritual, quiet, serene place.
Painted with the fingers of God for “us” not to harm it. Throwing our trash out there is a disgrace.
Like so many things, sometimes small things of really count and matter. Our desert is no toilet.
It’s full of color brightness, serenity, my wife when out with her camera, sees a special color, sometimes blue, gray sometimes violet.

Like me my wife and those who love the place, God’s place, ask. Please dispose your trash elsewhere.
Even though considered by some to be nowhere, it’s a Holy Spiritual place there.
Just imagine our Creator producing this breathtaking panoramic view.
For “us” the ones made in His image, loving “us” giving “us” a chance for a short time being with God the wife and I, to see the beauty, not the trash, and be at peace too
