Love Poem: My Valentine

My Valentine

She walked in
To the sweet smell of roses
Candlelight
Strawberries and wine

Her card read
I'll love you forever
On the front
It said my Valentine

Sweeter than wine
My Valentine
Like a diamond she sparkles
And to me she's divine

I want you
I need you
Let's make love so fine
Forever
My Valentine

Our shadows
Shared a slow dance
On the ceiling
Cast there
By the candles soft glow

The petals
Lie waiting
On the silk sheets
And a chocolate
Upon her pillow

Sweeter than wine
My Valentine
Like a diamond she sparkles
And to me she's divine

I want you
I need you
Let's make love so fine
Forever
My Valentine

With a whisper
Of I love you
She laid back
Then with a smile
She let down her hair

Ecstasy
True love and passion
Filled up
The steamy night air

Sweeter than wine
My Valentine
Like a diamond she sparkles
And to me she's divine

I want you
I need you
Let's make love so fine
Forever
My Valentine

I love you
I need you
Let's make love so fine
Forever
My valentine
