My Sorrow Is Born Where Her Heart Dwells

The pale dream awaits, seeping sorrow from her eyes
The sky within her heart, across oceans of gold, fading moon
The pain sweeps through along with the wind and the song
Journey to the center her heart and making all time stop
This love lies in the darkness between the stars, the world turns
Bring this thing back into the light so that it can be named
A cruel heart, beating so fast. The sun falling into the waters
A precious ending to an exhausted being, expectations unmet
Her eyes so brutal, false profits for a non-existent love.
A day without the sunlight, a night without the moonlit sky
A life without a purpose, and a love without a heartbeat.
The belief in her stands there beyond the void, beyond oblivion
