I’ve had my share of pain.
I’ve had my moments in the rain.
Some moments were happy,
And some were a strain on the brain.
Rainy days will come, and
Rainy days will go, and sometimes
Tears will flow.
It is through the trials of our
Tears;
The moments we’ve had.
Throughout the years; we’ve gained
Joy from some, and we’ve learned
From others.
Some lessons are taught, and
Some lessons are brought.
There will be many battle we’ll
Fight, and many battles we’ll win,
And many battles we’ll lose
But on this day we went on
Learning how to walk, and eventually
Gaining the strength to run.
