Love Poem: My Pen Keeps Calling

My Pen Keeps Calling

My pen Keeps calling me, it won't give me a break
Every time I go to leave, it begs me to fill another page
She tells me I'm more dangerous with it than Michael Myers with a blade
My pen keeps calling me, it won't give me a break

Ever since we first hooked up, there's been no other
I sacrificed my own heart, just so my pen won't suffer
I hold it closely, and it takes all of the hurt I have inside, out
There's a mutual respect neither of us could survive without

A love like no other, a commitment we both respect
We talk daily, the bond hasn't been broken yet
No matter where I go, i always take it with me
It takes all of my ugliness and makes it pretty

She's by my side even when I'm in a relationship
We belong together, there's no escaping it
If the love is this real, you don't need to go chasing it
I won't let you go, because there's no way of replacing this

There's never been a bond like it
No love has ever been as strong as this
We hold each other to such a high regard
That's why my pen will always have my heart

My pen keeps Calling, but I'm glad she does
I've never felt this strong
I've never had this type of bond
My pen keeps calling, but I'm glad she does
