Love Poem: My Foolish Heart

My Foolish Heart

my foolish heart doesn’t know how
not to feel an aching pain,
when I know days will pass
                           and months will pass,
the cherry blossom will flower all over, and then it will be bare,
and I will not have the chance
to see you for a very long time....

my foolish heart doesn’t know how
                   not to be unbearably sad,
                      when innumerable stars
will keep glittering in a dark sky,
and moon will glow majestically with all her divine beauty,
                      and we will not meet
                                   under the canopy...

my foolish heart doesn’t know how
                        not to bitterly miss you,
when silvery snowflakes will keep falling
                                incessantly on the tree branches,
       and everything feels utterly meaningless,
except the existence of a pure love
in the innermost corner of my soul.
