Love Poem: Mothers Toys

Mothers Toys

When mother calls an end to play
And quickly packs the toys away
The clock begins ticking
Till Dad comes kicking
Down our door
Not to rescue
More to harm
Farewell sweet calm
And through no fault
We force our part
As forced to play
Today away
Don't speed tomorrow
For what is worse
Is yet to come
1 heart grows numb
