Love Poem: Melting Away

Melting Away

What did the evil witch in the movie, "Wizard of Oz," say ...
oh yeah, she was melting away
Wax does that melting away thing too
So light the candles please, will you
Let the night melt away into day,
let all troubles on your mind, on my pillow lay
Let them all melt away
Into my arms, come here dear,
closer to my lips ... let me whisper
loving things in your ear
Place your head in my bosom,
and tell me what does my heartbeat say
All loneliness of the past, tonight will melt away
As the candles glow dimmer,
and the passion burns brighter
Douse me with wet kisses,
which makes my body cool to your loving touch
All my wandering desires simply start to melt away;
and as I awake, there remains only you, my love,
when comes the day
