i long to follow his footsteps, wherever he goes i will go,
he draws the beauty within me out, and my heart just overflows,
i never imagined that my life could have ever been restored,
he's captivated me with his love, im so completely floored,
i'll never forget these moments in my life, or this truth i deeply feel,
god has spoken to my heart over and over, and i know this love is real,
i don't care what others may have to say, in my heart you are always here,
for god's perfect love draws no bounderies, and ultimately has no fear,
i will constintly put my trust in god, whatever comes my way,
i will wait on him, and stand still in his love as i fervently sit and pray,
god gives me peace within my soul, so i will sit back to rest,
for he knows the intent of my heartfelt prayers, and the purity of my requests.
