Love Poem: Maze

Maze

Can you master the long maze,

the twists and turns in the haze, shapes and deceptions that daze?
Life has tiny cuts and blocks,
							passages under
keys and locks. Daring to escape
	 						this shallow box.
Love too, is caught in the blight
with whether it is, or isn’t it right.
It either surprises or deceives outright.
Swirling and twirling to find the way,
spinning and curling
at every sway,	soon lost along the way.

Choose a path, the maze divides.
Watch your slips and slides.
You’ll exit where the maze provides.
