Love Poem: Marrying the Depths

Marrying the Depths

How would it be to be grabbed by the powerful arms
Of raging ocean waves
And be pulled by their might
As defiantly as would a lover pull his beloved
Into bed, eagerly yearning to feel her throbs
Meeting with the same pulse rates of his?

I wonder,
How would it feel to be swallowed
By the ocean?

Would it not be the way to freedom,
Turned into a spirit, having the expanse
Of dancing waves as our playground,
Ruling over them,
Able to tame them,
Or to have them unleashing their fury
Over the trembling Earth,
Ever so fearful of being overpowered
At any times,
By foams?

Would it not be the way to touch the
Celestial doors,
Since, the horizon marries the limits of the ocean
Regardless of time and day!

I fear the depths,
But,
I would love to be stolen by their potency
Feeling not the safe ground below my feet
And letting myself
Be swirled and twirled
By the raging forces of that arena
Which shall never be conquered by man!
