Lovest Thou Me

With an everlasting compassion I, Your Saviour and Lord, love you… Such is my covenant sealing my divine affection for your soul I reached down to you, offering My all Granting you redemption Enriching you spiritually. Now, I’m asking you: “Lovest thou Me?”* When you mean it well, hearken unto this: “If ye love Me, keep My commandments.”** Midst my enabling strength, I expect your to respond with: Here am I, Lord… beseeching You to empower me to love You earnestly with all my heart, soul, strength, and commitment as I cleave to Your grace. Grateful am I that I can love you because You first loved me. Yielded to Your mercy’s might I then abide in Your presence While ministering to others with Your love.
*John 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. **John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
