When the smile you wake up with can’t be erased by even meanness
When the tears from your eyes are not of pain but happiness
Today I said I love you no longer able to hide my heart
Until the day you’re in my arms I promise you my love
I shall never give you a reason to be untrustworthy
I will never hang up or say good night without expressing my love
The sun no longer sets with darkened skies but rises with stars that complete us
Today is the best day of my life as we express our feelings of honesty
No longer afraid of being rejected for I am accepted
I jump for joy like children in candy stores to high on Red Bull
My life is no longer a nightmare but a dream of joy and you
I just can’t calm this heart that continues to soar like a jet
For knowing I am yours and you are mine to love for ever more
To no longer believe that my world is empty and unwanted
