Love Under the Influece
All she wanted was his time
Focused attention, if you please
But he took what was his
Til she was on her knees
...begging
He was in awe of her beauty
She utilized his wealth
He gave her all she desired
But he could not pay for her health
...she dragged him under
They saw her light, shining
Far brighter than ever seen
They gave her basic needs
While they gathered at her spleen
...under her radar
Millions lie before him
Hunger for a word of hope
In the midst of their debilitating despair
He throws out a frayed rope
...luring the eye down
Violence is such an ugly word
A reality for those who try to love
Killing, Stealing, and Destroying
The connection for those rising above
...the urchens
Utilizing others for personal gain
May seem like an acceptable function
But for Children of LIGHT
Pure flow under the UNCTION
....of Mama God
....................delivers the afflicted
......................................heals those under contract
.......................................................restores the soul to the SPIRIT
...............................................With no thought............for.................self.
