Love Time Out

Bad love, break the heart in a time out
One lover’s brain got the best of the doubt
And confusion to the other when he heard about

It rained, it poured, and it hurt like hell
Since the address changed, forget the mail
That was sent too early to say farewell
His portion of the heart, he could never sell
But she thought she could if she hammers the nail

He never regrets the time that he proudly fell
In love with his best, that can rang his bell
The heart don’t lie but it can grow a tale
When it walked through the veins, it left a trail
She cut his arteries, but his heart prevail

Friends over lovers was the way to go
Is what she said to him, in the term of a foe
Confusion hurt the reason in which he needed to know
But who knew in time out, love can still grow
