Love Notes

The full moon hung heavily in the heaven's
Reflecting on the water below
The ocean waves played a melody
Lulling peacefulness into
the stillness of the night.
A virginal vision dressed in white
rides upon her white steed.
Throughout the forest
a fine mist, hangs
Glistening, the woods
in fairy like glow.
The stars twinkled, in sad refrain,
the ocean, lapped timelessly ,upon the shore
Mimicing the beating of the heart.
She gazes, over the ocean ,where,
the full moon illuminates.
Her crystal tears, flow.
In her hand, letters,
written but never sent.
Love notes, that will never be read.
For, he died that day
Never declaring the love she felt
Now all that remains
Pieces of paper
Written but never sent.
