Love Is Hard
Agape love lessons many never learn
Going through life without a clue,
That loving one another is fundamental
And should be our number one concern
Recognizing that every person is unique
We are all different in so many ways
And that’s what makes everyone special
It’s basic to our innate natures, so to speak,
You don’t have to be like me to love me
And I don’t have to approve your being you
But I am commanded by my Creator God
To love you despite everything, you see.
And it’s so hard to do!
