Love Hurts the Most

When you’re looking in his eyes saying baby
I need you and the next thing that you know
The door is being slammed in your face without a goodbye.
Love hurts the most when you’re bleeding on the inside,
Hurting on the outside, love hurts the most.
Stranded all alone with not a soul in sight,
You left me when I needed you the most.
Love hurts the most when you’re bleeding on the inside,
Hurting on the outside, love hurts the most.
Hanging out with the guys, having fun and getting high,
As my pillow gets stained with tears.
Memories come in and out, oh how bad I need you boy.
I want you here by my side, but where are you to be found.
Love hurts the most when you’re bleeding on the inside,
Hurting on the outside, love hurts the most.
I poured out my soul to you thinking that we would be
Together through thick and thin. Yet now I’m sitting
Here crying my eyes out over you.
Love hurts the most when you’re bleeding on the inside,
Hurting on the outside, Love hurts the most.
