Love Poem: Love Ever Thus

Love Ever Thus

Wooed by autumn thoughts serenading,
a harvest moon twilight smiles
upon his beloved
Soft words caressingly uttered
with psaltery passion,
the night sky glows with starry eyes a-gaze

Behold the soulmate birth spectacle,
a double aorta aurora of sparkling pupils a-blaze
The firmament shimmers with yearning desire,
where a brighten future awaits

Love ever thus
hears the unspoken voice of fate

Silent silhouette of her silvery curvature
rests in bosom peace,
listening to the nocturnal pulse
of the intimate clay chimes
Twin sculpted embrace innocence
matches the virgin movements
of the gently falling leaves

A vulnerable offering of trust —
Out on a limb, letting go ...
that gravity feeling of falling in love:
Lightheaded, morning songbird joy ... fluttering ecstasy
Two hearts moving soul closer together,
on an unconditional kiss betrothed merging breeze

Falling in love
feels like wind dancing leaves falling gently ...
Feels like heaven bound butterfly dreams soaring

Love ever thus
forevermore feels like
the descending, maiden flight of a dove
Perfectly landing in a sweet lullaby cove

Tender groundswell of rising dawn hope,
dual palpitations rooted in romantic flowering —
Autumn bliss feelings budding

Love ever thus,
the vow sound of two hearts
perennially bonded
