Love and the Abstract
To the physical man
of mind and heart
love is apart~ abstract
to the feeling soul
it is all of substance –
to man with hunger
love is merely a wonder,
for the pang in his tummy
craves more than sentimental
honey...
to Christ it seemed everything~
for me, it is poetry...
