“LOST”
“Unkempt promises”
Sometimes years of contentious adversities and combatant disagreements;
Cloud what once seemed the essence to connections in love.
Unforgivable emotional behaviors enacted through anger;
Cause wounds that seem not to heal.
“Broken hearts”
Regret can remain unpardonable and insistent;
Conjecture often runs ramped and distortion prevails.
Purpose becomes questionable;
And original connection equates as doubtful.
“Delusions or Illusions”
Does humankind truly possess a soul?
And can two souls hurl through the same rays of light together?
Emotion simply seems an avenue of escape from hopelessness;
From a world of the physical; where we are never allowed to be ourselves?
