Life is never a straight line
Full of twists and turns and detours
What an fantastic exciting ride it is
As above the clouds we soar
Wishing the joy will never end
A lifetime of love and happiness
If you're among the fortunate ones
Among those continually blessed
Not sure “sad” is the proper word
To describe those less fortunate souls
Maybe it's just that the right affair
Hasn't yet begun to unfold
We were all meant to find the love
Of a soulmate to live with through life
That one time amazing experience
That we never ever feel twice
Life is never ever a straight line
It's an amazing over the top feeling
So cherish all those memorable times
One's that set you heart reeling
