Lets Fall In Love
If you could rewind time,
would you choose me again?
Or trade your yesterdays
for less anguish and pain.
When today fades from view
let's welcome tomorrow.
And think of our future
not dwell on past sorrow.
Love's candle remains lit,
but its flame's flickering.
And it's all due to our
fighting and bickering.
There is enough spark left
to ignite passion's flame.
And we've too much to lose
not to restart the game.
Let's fall in love once more,
as we did at the start.
And consummate our love,
while we still share one heart.
