Love Poem: Leading Me

Leading Me

Seemingly stuck in winters loss You're the magic needle that brings me forth, Glowing like a beam of sunlight As a silenced breeze gently flows Deprieved of human affection of any kind Slowly the memories begin to form, Then at last your radiant face appears Leading me joyfully into the promise land... Sorrow passes like the seasons Illuminated with all the stars above Your heart is my north and true Becoming the endless balm of my soul Crying eyes span the plains so far To unwrap around the laden frowns. You fill my heart then, with a gentle breeze, Opening my sails with an ease. Dorian Petersen Potter aka ladydp2000 copyright@2014 November,13,2014
