Love Poem: Lady In Waiting

Lady In Waiting

Emotions with traveling thought’s
Galloping as an Olympic Chariot race
With eyes of rubies and a crown of gold
Glaring like the sun reflecting warmth

Feelings as a court Jester I speak not
With fear more then on a battlefield
My lance rigged and straight as I await
This war of love I have not concurred

A Renaissance of hunger for her love
For her sight has blinded these eyes
With such beauty and grace I peer on
A halo of glowing gold as an angel in heaven

A heart of an Imperial kingdom of kindness
A voice with a thousand harps in harmony
My Lady in waiting I shall come to the
For my wish Shall be your command
