Jubie and I

JUBIE AND I

My words sweet, she proclaim
Our first kiss put honey on my lips
Inspiration shatters when my eyes fix
On her absence, she’s the poet I claim

Moments fade but memories remain
Not in moments, in lovers love lives
Tears visits me whenever her smile leaves
Extract firewood, thicker becomes the flame

Scanning through old times, alot I miss
In my artistic heart her voice forms her image
Still feels close, her love is omnipresent

Praying time to help so I’ll ring my Miss
Like a dog tired of barking from a cage
I need to be with jubie, I’ll go any extent
