Love Poem: Jealousy

Jealousy

I spit on the ground she walks on,
I weep at the sight of her happy.
My fire burns, the ground shakes, and my world breaks,
With every smile she leaks.

The pain in my soul,
Takes a serious toll.
My eyes burn,
And the epitome of pain feels me to my peak.
For with every sight I see,
Gets beneath my armored sheet.

I sit in contemplation,
Over looking my every bit of mind numbing curiosity.
Trust passing in the danger zones,
To find the answer I seek.
Then it all comes to me,
Like the last flash of innocents my eyes have been graced to see.
With every smile she takes my heart breaks,
Not out of pure hate, but over flown with jealousy.
For that smile was put on thy pretty face,
By my once love and grace.
The same smile he once snatched away from my plate.
May I please bring it home,
To its rightful place.
