Jealous Mind

I came home from work saw my lover in the arms of my very best friend.
I said to myself_Self this got to end.
For this is more then my old heart can take.
If I don't do something my old heart will surely break.
I went down to the pawn shop, bought myself some bullets and a gun.
I said to myself_Self you know what got to be done.
I came back home my lover was at the door to greet me.
She said it is not what it seems to be.
My eyes only saw the color red.
My jealous mind didn't believe a word she said.
I pulled out my gun and shot her there at the door.
She crumble and fell to the floor.
Her eyes were glazed and her breath was shallow and weak
I leaned my ear to her lips.and she started to speak,
WIth her dying breath she said,
"If you ever think about me and if I ever cross your mind.
Darling remember I Love You and I'm not the cheating kind."
With her eyes slowly closing I said,
"Please forgive me and my Jealous Mind,
for I know your not the cheating kind."
In my arms my lover gently closed her eyes and died
My tears swell up inside with my lover in my arms I sat there and cried.
