I'M Not a Reverend Nor Have a Fancy Title

I ‘m Not a Reverend Nor Have A Fancy Title… I’m not a reverend, nor have a “fancy title.” But I serve and love the God of the Bible. I’m probably not what you’d expect a Christian to be… I love Jesus. And I know that he loves me! I’m probably not someone you’d want to be with. I’m the kind of person you may not want to be seen with! I do have many faults, and am not sure how to “fit in.” I may not be the kind of person you’d call a “friend.” If I’m such a bad person, why should Christ love me? Are you sure that even HE wants to be with me? Will he be someone to show me mercy and grace? In his home in heaven… Do I have a place? Will he ignore me as you try so hard to do? Or will I hear the words; “I LOVE YOU?” I’m going to focus on him with my mind. At least he’ll give me some of his time! I’m going to lay my every problem at his feet. It’s only in him that I shall be complete! He knows all about me… Inside and out! This is what his forgiveness is all about! He wants to change me and take away my sin! He cares so much and will always be my friend! Thank you my Lord for caring when no one else did! It’s only in you I have a new reason to LIVE! By Jim Pemberton
