You are my late night, can't sleep thoughts. You are the lessons I've been taught. Mistakes I've made caused you to fade further and further away from me. You're like the air and water I need to live, my simple survival is what you give. My apologies can't fix what we used to be, it kills me to see that you seem free and I'm here hiding, running away from reality. Don't get me wrong, I want you happy but it should be me to give you what you need.
