Love Poem: I Love You Baby

I Love You Baby

I will never forget the first time I saw you, you looked right at me with those eyes of blue; and I knew at that moment you were the one, when you said hello I knew- no other would do. We like to drink coffee in cafes head to head, you whisper- you are sexy with those lips of red; later, we snuggle so nice and close on the sofa, on days like this our love is so deep- but unsaid. We love to stroll hand in hand around the park, and on a bench you open your book to a bookmark; and read to me with your deep, beautiful voice, oh lovely- then I am distracted by a sweet skylark. At night, in our bed you stroke my hair so gently, your ear to my tummy you say- love you baby; this journey of love has been a delight darling, with all your sweet nothings and words of beauty. ___________________________ November 14, 2017 Poetry/Rubaiyat/I Love You Baby Copyright Protected, ID 17-9612-42-0 All Rights Reserved.
