I Have Been Looking
I have been looking but I never do see something worth putting my whole energy into.
shoot if he is tall dark and handsome he has a girlfriend waiting.
if he is light and just right he gotta be the type to stick his hands in so many cookie jars
that variety doesnt matter.
what really matters is how fast their thighs part.
ive been waiting for the right type.
They say it takes time and patience but im growing wary.
is there no great romance out there destined for me.
all this waiting is making me apprehensive.
the perfect guy no matter how fly might roll on by because
im scared there is no real meaning to this feeling im not meant to experience.
all that I have and all that I can conjure up is dictionary meanings.
so bland.no real emotional baggage. I wish I had some.
but I guess I wasn't meant to know.
wasnt meant to feel like everyone else gets to.
I remain cold and unfulfilled.
