I wonder where I am sometimes,
As you drift down into the thoughts that dare to sketch my existence
I wonder what feelings surface, as I arrive like an unexpected fog
Do I raise your awareness?
Do I crush your spirits?
Are you alone when you think of me?
Or are you surrounded in grace, delighted by my sudden trace?
Do you cringe, wishing the thoughts away,
Do you melt, hoping I will stay?
I wonder where you are sometimes…
As I plunge full throttle into the delightful waves of your presence
You look perplexed, as if emotion overwhelms you in the midst of a storm
Do you know I search for you?
Do you want me too?
Or am I alone when I think of you?
Are you guided by my breaking voice, hindered from the severed noise?
Do you sigh, hoping for my tears to dry,
Or have I lost you… my love not worth a try…
