How 'D You Do That

You found it.
You found what took years to hide,
so deep within my fortress
that I forgot it could be felt.
Now knarled trees spring to life
as the chest is cracked open
and the first bits of air seep in.

A glow has cascaded over
     this place of desparity
as cracked, dry ground
seems to heal and flourish.

The vines that entangled my gates shut
crack and wither,
as this light touches them.
With the slightest effort
you willing open them,
allowing a breeze in
that snuffs the silence
and disapates the mist
that clung to the air like a disease.

Hands that caused pain
        with quill and ink,
now float over parchment
as new feelings
spray forth from their fingertips
        leaving a sweet,
                almost seductive scent
in the air,
that twists my appetite from minds
to flesh,
      (yours)
of which I feast apon savagely
as you make an offering of yourself
to the beast within.

When alone I sit,
I can see your gray-blue eyes
sparkle as thoughts pass
through your mind,
so fast and so many
you can't voice them all.
When I close my eyes
I can see your flaxon hair
silouette your long, slender, firm body
in the dark light.
I can feel your
soft silky skin
          in my mouth
and I shudder
     when I think
            of the way it tastes
as I kiss,
        suckle,
           and bite
every inch
      of your body.
