Hospital Gray
I see you laying there in this hospital gray,
tracing my mind to find the right words to say.
I feel tears start coming along,
but i wipe them away and try to stay strong.
I have tried to convince myself that things are going to be okay,
but more and more in this hospital gray,
seems to feel like everything is beginning to fade away.
You bring color to this gray room,
and make things seem alright,
whenever i see that smile,
my world feels so warm and bright.
And i know that one day,
exquisite and flawless angels,
will have to take you away.
But i refuse to give a goodbye,
because this isn't the ending.
This is the start of a new beginning,
so i'll say a simple 'see you later'
we'll meet again in a kingdom much better.
