My long-drawn dream,
Has been altered.
An things are not,
As they would seem.
I've been broken,
An cast aside.
Like a castaway,
On a long deserted isle.
Never remembered,
For the good that I've done.
Always forsaken,
An left alone.
I feel like I've been betrayed,
By the one that I love.
I'll keep praying constantly,
To our Heavenly Father above.
I know he can make all things right.
I just need to put all my faith in him,
He'll stand by my side.
