Love Poem: Heavens Wait

Heavens Wait

My heart is with, my love my poet
Neath branches of, an old oak tree
Her talent shines, within my eyes
Through ocean waves, a stormy sea

Morning rays awake me, from my slumber
Neath the sheets, of slumbers rest
Twinkling stars, as evening falls
Brings her heart, into my nest

Happy tears, my poets poems
Neath her brow, I trace her face
Black on white, ink scratches lines
As memories past, falls into place

My love my poet, has gone away
Neath soil of red, a box her tomb
Clouds of white, above the heavens
Stands my poet, a sacred room

My tears fall down, from my eyes
Neath heavens gates, upon the earth
No more words, from my poets pen
As she awaits me, for a heavens birth

[This I a poem I wrote, It's not about myself]
