Heaven's Sunset
As I look off into the sky...
I smile and realize ... That I am the sunshine that lives within the light...
For God has led me through the fires of life ... and
Has prepared me for this journey of flight.
So...
Just know that I'm ok... My love
My family and friends.
I thank you for the love and the memories
And most importantly
I thank you all for my legacy...
For
This is just the beginning and not the end...
And
As I graduate in celebration
There is no need for sadness nor tears...
for today is the day
of my chosen date...
For
God is with me and I'm at peace...
So,
Smile with me because
I've received my wings and is standing in the line
that leads to heaven's gate.
Now take my hand as I reach down to you in comfort...
Cause
God is making me over and the spirit of me is now living on within each of you.
This isn't my final request... As of yet.
But just know...
That every time you look at the sun... that's me smiling...
Giving you the sign
That it's my light shining through the clouds of
"HEAVEN'S SUNSET".
