Heart-Felt Pain
Nothing is left to be desired;
Because time has expired.
The heart is on lock.
The mistreatment has to stop.
A broken heart is demented by pain.
To trust someone with your love and your heart will never be the same.
Why must people play these games.
So many take love for granted.
With heartache and emotional pain how can anyone manage.
This pain rapidly is growing inside.
From my embarrassment in front you there is no place to hide.
I gave you everything and did anything for you.
I was also so honest, loving, caring, and true.
For months I tried and inside I cried.
I just got sick and tired of your lies.
Now I looked in the mirror and I walked away.
Genesis 6:6 The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and
his heart was filled with pain.
Jeremiah 4:19 Oh, my anguish, my anguish! I writhe in pain. Oh, the agony of my
heart! My heart pounds within me, I cannot keep silent. For I have heard the
sound of the trumpet; I have heard the battle cry.
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can
understand it?
