He knows …
When I doubt, He knows.
When I despair, He knows.
When I am desolate, He knows.
When I am desperate, He knows.
He knows when I feel like I’m lost.
He knows and He knows the real cost,
For the sorrow in my heart,
The terror in my soul,
The anxiety that I just know…
Will destroy my hopes and dreams,
My feelings and my abilities,
All the wonder that He brings…
When He stills the winds of skepticism,
Restores the heart’s belief with promises…
He is the One who reveals the soul’s worth,
Its music and fire – His love will ever inspire –
Faith and love, hope that brings light to those…
Who know Him as Jesus, the love from above,
The reason that I can see past the fears that taunt me,
Into the beautiful that prompts me to just believe –
He is risen. He is peace. He is the reason…
I know that my destiny is with Him,
My heart’s light, glistening brightly,
His light, in every hope – every insight,
Every feeling and every fulfillment…
He is there, and I feel Him in my prayer,
Reminding me that HE WILL ALWAYS CARE…
Yes, He cares!
